Did you know only 12 percent of engineers and 26% of computing professionals are women? That's a staggeringly low number, and the Digital Signage Federation (DSF) is taking steps to help. The Geri Wolff Foundation Scholarship is granted annually to a female college student, in her junior or senior year, who is committed to choosing a career in the digital signage industry. The award is intended to help broaden employment diversity by encouraging employers to hire qualified women in a variety of IT capacities. As an organization, the DSF has opened the Geri Wolff Foundation Scholarship for donations. Now YOU have the chance to make a difference by adding to the $2,000 scholarship awarded by the DSF.
